V-Tech | East Africa is Uganda’s first and most comprehensive ICT talent development initiative. V-Tech Africa was established under complete technical and knowledge assistance of the world ICT standards leader the BPO Certification Institute, Inc., United States (BCI). V-Tech is also BCI’s sole partner in Uganda mandated to offer in the country and in several other East African countries, a wide array of the exactly same BPO and IT training & certification programs of BCI that are popular across more than 50 countries.
V-Tech offers SEQI IT certification programs as well as more than a dozen international BPO certifications of BCI at various workforce and manager-levels. V-Tech’s training and certification programs aim at producing world-class IT and BPO talents for Ugandan software and IT support companies, call centers, BPOs, financial services centers and customer service industry among others.
Programs: for colleges and universities are an exciting blend of IT and BPO. All these programs aim at building employability of students for the high-growth ICT space and making them capable of getting employed in IT companies, call centers, back offices, financial processing centers, hotels, banks and large-format retail stores.
