Kawuku Parents School was established in 1997. The school had 11 teachers and three support staff, and enrolled 325 pupils. Today, it has 379 students (122 boarders), 14 teachers, and 9 support personnel.
Kawuku Parents School is fully private, relying entirely on fee payments from parents. Though the school has piped water, it lacks adequate water storage tanks. It also needs additional textbooks and co-curricular equipment.
The school’s mission is To create quality Education, Health, Hardworking and Productive citizens. Head Teacher Joseph Marcel Okello acknowledges that the school needs to upgrade to modern technologies.
