Bright Grammar Primary school is a leading primary education institution, a mixed boarding school that was established in 1989 as a boarding Junior School, on a 2 acre land located in Nyendo sub-bub of Masaka district.
Bright Grammar Primary School was founded in 1989 by two ordinary but very visionary Ugandan citizens, Mr Kasozi Gerald Wasswa (Principal Director) and Mr Mulema Denis (Headteacher) in one of the outskirts of Masaka town i.e. Nyendo suburb. These have masterminded the mentoring and education of young pupils of this country and the East African region at large; and have made Bright Grammar an epitome of quality and holistic primary education. The school now boasts of several professionals that have passed through the school, as part of our success stories.
The school motto is “struggle for a bright future.” and the mission is “focused on producing extra ordinary quality results in all we do.”
Vision “To produce a skilled dependable individual” It attracts students not only from Uganda, but even from the neighboring countries like Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Somalia, and Sudan.
Academics
The school enrollment is 900 pupils. with 3 streams per class from pre-primary to primary seven. The official medium of communication for all classes is English, which is also the official language in Uganda. We offer a very wide curriculum. All our teachers are graduate teachers. We have a relatively stable staff with a lot of teaching experience ranging from 5 – 20 years with continuous in service/refresher training.
Bright Grammar School has an excellent record as regards the student’s performance in the P.L.E examinations and continue excelling at post primary then to universities and other tertiary institutions not only in Uganda but also abroad.
