Victoria University Oil and Gas Department has announced a short course training program in oil and gas management which will commence on the 27th August 2016. The Training will be conducted by professionals working in the oil and gas industry as well as other consultants practicing along the oil and gas value chain.
Registration of participants is ongoing for the August intake. This program targets professionals who work in the oil and gas industry and those who work for organizations and sectors whose businesses support the oil and gas industry.
This program includes an oil and gas education tour/Filed tour of the Oil Fields in the Albertine Graben (Hoima and Buliisa Oil Fields).
The training equips delegates with skills and knowledge to start a career in the oil and gas industry. After completion, participants will be awarded with the Certificate of Achievement in Oil and Gas Management.
The fees structure for the program are UShs. 1,400,000 for Nationals where as Foreign applicants will pay UShs. (1,500,000) which include both training and field trip fees.
